Management Training
PCC has provided management training to a variety of
clients in the public and private sectors. The goal of such training
is enhanced communication among the clients' staff, as well as
the communities they serve.
Among the curricula developed by the firm over the years are courses
on teambuilding, sexual harassment, racial harassment, effective
communications and customer service.
With respect to each management training project, PCC provides
the client with a customized curriculum combining the clients’
internal culture and unique needs with effective training material
and interactive techniques. The basic process is as follows:
- PCC conducts a needs assessment with the client, focusing on
specific goals of the training and potential problem areas.
- A customized training curriculum is prepared by PCC and approved
by the staff development manager.
- PCC assists the client by using a variety of tools, ranging from individual and group exercises to interactive communication, written study materials, and presentations.
- PCC conducts an assessment of the training based on student feedback
and the observations of the trainer(s).
- A final report containing specific recommendations is provided
to the client.
