Function as Diversity Program Manager for major prime contractor to Sound Transit. Duties include development and monitoring of diversity program, communication and conflict resolution with subconsultants, and maintaining open communication with Sound Transit’s Diversity Programs Office.
Bechtel Corporation, San Francisco, CA Served as consultant in the development of comprehensive diversity programs related to client’s bid for Sound Transit. Duties included preparation of diversity utilization plan, screening of and outreach towards MWDBE firms.
Sound Transit Diversity Programs Office, Seattle, WA
Assist in development of policies and procedures relating to utilization of MWDBE firms, assist in organization and implementation of diversity manager program.
Walsh Construction Co., Seattle, WA & Portland, OR
Provide consulting services to Walsh Construction Company related to corporate diversity policies and procedures. Coordinate diversity and community outreach efforts of WCC in its capacity as construction manager on major construction projects with the Tacoma Housing Authority and Seattle Housing Authority.
