About Us

For more than 20 years Regina Glenn, Founder and President of Pacific Communications Consultants, Inc. (“PCC”), has consulted with clients in both the public and private sectors to communicate the client’s message to diverse communities and stakeholders, and to assist clients in reaching a consensus with targeted groups regarding complex and often contentious issues.

PCC is a MWDBE-certified consulting firm which specializes in enabling its clients to communicate in an effective manner with diverse communities and neighborhoods within the Puget Sound region. The firm provides a full range of communications-related capabilities, including the ability to design and produce written and electronic items, organize and facilitate various types of meetings, and provide its clients with customized feedback in the format required by the unique needs of the client.

What makes PCC truly unique is Ms. Regina Glenn. Regina’s knowledge of local government, local communities and neighborhoods and the region as a whole is unparalleled. She has conducted and facilitated literally hundreds of public- and organizational-meetings throughout the Puget Sound region ranging from contentious public meetings relating to public works projects in disadvantaged areas to retreats for groups such as the King County Civil Rights Commission. She has also designed and assisted in the implementation of numerous programs relating to public involvement, community relations and supplier diversity.

Regina is a member of the Northwest Minority Business Council and is a tireless advocate for minority business development and participation. She has received numerous awards, most recently the U.S. Small Business Administrations Minority Small Business Advocate Award for Region X. She is also the founding publisher of Diversity Business News, the Pacific Northwest’s first business publication devoted to diversity in the marketplace.
